Once a month I will write you a personal letter about the lessons of the month just passed, the energy surrounding us, and how — despite everything — to stay more grounded and gentle with yourself.

Together we will move through real stories from my life, the challenges I am navigating, the realisations that open my eyes, and the small rituals that help me hold onto inner peace.

🎨 An artistic print for your home, with a starting point for reflection

You will also receive in your letterbox a print of an original artwork, yours to keep as a reminder of the energy you wish to live by. You can hang it on the wall, lean it against a mirror, or tuck it into your journal.

On the back of the print, there is space reserved just for you and your words — along with a prompt for reflection that I prepare specifically for each month's theme.

Perhaps I will invite you to write a love letter to a younger version of yourself. Or you may find yourself face to face with a question you have been avoiding.

The intention is for you to consciously set aside a few minutes for yourself and simply be present in that fleeting moment.
