Why did we choose this base?

We chose cyclomethicone for its ability to disperse fragrance evenly and its lightweight texture. It's also one of the safer ingredients, as it doesn't irritate the airways or release harmful particles that linger in the air.

It's widely used in cosmetic products precisely because of its safety for skin and respiratory comfort, and because it allows the scent to diffuse beautifully.

The second most popular base for room sprays is alcohol — but alcohol is highly irritating to skin and mucous membranes, and the scent also dissipates much more quickly in the room.
