How long is a gift card valid?
Our gift cards have no expiry date. They are valid indefinitely and can be used at any time.
Can I use a gift card in the online store or in a physical store?
Yes, our gift cards can be used both in the online store and in our physical stores. We use the same system for both options, making them simple and convenient to use.
Loyalty Programme
Where can I access the loyalty programme?
To access the loyalty programme, you need to log in to your account on our website. You can sign in with the email address you normally use for purchases, using the "Sign in" option in the upper right corner of our website.
How can I earn points?
Once logged in, you can access the loyalty programme by clicking on the widget in the lower right corner of the website. There you can check your current point balance and see how you can earn additional points. The primary way to earn points is through purchases: you receive 1 point for every euro spent. If you purchase a product with the word "special" in its name, you receive an additional 15 points. Other ways to earn points are shown within the loyalty programme.
How long are loyalty programme points valid?
Loyalty programme points are valid for one year from the date they were earned.
When do I receive points after a purchase?
Loyalty programme points are added to your account two weeks after your purchase. This delay takes into account the return period.
Are there any products for which I do not earn points?
Most products earn you points; exceptions include gift cards, books, products featuring our logo, and products sold on a consignment basis.
